While the XPA-11's specifications may initially seem modest compared to other amplifiers, its real-world performance is impressive. Emotiva's conservative power ratings and efficient switching power supply deliver ample power to drive a 4 ohm/8 ohm speaker setup.
In comparison to my previous Arcam AVR850 and P429 amplifier, the XPA-11 offers a more exciting sound with greater dynamism and attack.
